Non-returnable items
All sales are final. No returns are accepted. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like handbags, special orders or personalized items. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please understand that Ryan Studios & Company, LLC is not responsible for damaged items due to mishandling from transit corporations such as but not limited to: FedEX, UPS, USPS, & DHL. Should the events of lost or stolen packages occur, please contact the transport company directly.
